Hi all I went for my appointment today and got the smallest dilator in after a q tip was inserted and left for 5 mins I was surprised it was not painful but my anxiety on being inserted was very high to the point where I felt I was going to pass out because I wasn’t breathing properly and felt very anxious. The Botox has worked because the dilator goes in and I could move it in and out without pain.
