    Hey all,

Anyone have any tips on giving birth? I’m 31 now and think I graduated from dilators (thanks to Maze in NYC, forever grateful) about 7-8ish years ago.

During pregnancy I havent really had much penetration because I’ve been extra cautious due to a miscarriage I had prior to this, plus a UTI earlier in pregnancy.

As a note, pap smears (after graduating from dilators / before pregnancy) still give me a bit of anxiety and can be a little painful, so I know there’s things like cervical checks and membrane sweeps that could cause me issues – hoping my Obgyn or the nurses will be patient haha.

I have about 1.5months until baby is here and I’m not quite as anxious for the birth as I should be, maybe because I’m planning to get an epidural wooo, but was wondering if anyone had any experience they wanted to share, or advice? My mom’s births happened so fast she wasn’t able to get an epidural so that could happen to me as well!
