Hey everyone. Today I am 110 days post procedure. I can’t believe that I am nearing my 4 month mark. Time is flying by! I am still doing great with my dilators and having no pain with sex. Normally before sex I will dilate up to blue, but the last few times my hubby and I have been intimate I actually didn’t dilate at all before! Which is awesome because it feels less “mechanical”. I’m going to try not to get used to doing this every time, but I will say I thought it would be a while until we were able to have “spontaneous” sex.
I am finding a whole new confidence in myself! I know I say this all the time like many of you, but Dr. P has truly changed my life. For the first time I feel like I AM IN CONTROL OF MY BODY!
