Hi ladies. The newsletter this month concerns the Costs of the Botox Treatment Program for Vaginismus:
http://us3.campaign-archive1.com/?u=1dd4a9a73c9f83aac77198b21&id=c90c52fd43&e=c214ca335b
In the newsletter, the Costs of the Botox Treatment Program for Vaginismus are thoroughly explained, including: review of the completed questionnaires, initial phone call to the patient, consultation fees, the Botox injections and dilation, anesthesia services and drugs, use of the surgicenter including staffing and supplies, two to three days of post-procedure counseling and long-term follow-up, a set of Pure Romance Dilators, and a DVD containing the many aspects of post-procedure counseling to take home for review.
Within the next section of the newsletter, it states that the Costs of the Botox Treatment Program for Vaginismus will be increasing as of December 1, 2014. The current fee of $5,600 is guaranteed through November 2014 and in December 2014, the cost will increase 4.5% to $5,850. This is necessary to continue to cover the aforementioned elements of the Botox Treatment Program for Vaginismus.
Thereafter, in the next section of the newsletter, Financing is discussed to cover the Costs of the Botox Treatment Program for Vaginismus, including: Care Credit, insurance coverage, and seeking loans from family members, friends, or a church.
Recently, on the VaginismusMD Forum, one of our own members wrote a wonderful post regarding receiving insurance reimbursement for her procedure. Specifically, 23yrs writes:
“With the use of Diane, Dr. Pacik’s medical billing specialist, and Dr. Pacik’s well-constructed and thorough history/physical and operative notes submitted, Blue Cross Blue Shield came back and rendered a reimbursement…Blue Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut has approved reimbursement of my claims to just over $3350. That, my friends, will be considered a Victory – – another BIG V for VICTORY this time and not Vaginismus.”
The Newsletter further includes wonderful stories, blogs, as well as Forum posts. Dr. Pacik concludes: “We continue to have a vaginismus treatment success rate well over 90% in the more than 300 women who have been treated since 2005. I have published a number of scientific papers regarding the use of the Botox multimodal program to treat vaginismus. We as a staff do everything possible to make this your last stop in the treatment of vaginismus.”
I encourage you to read this monthly newsletter and welcome your comments and feedback.
