Do I have Vaginismus?? Help!

I’ve been suffering with on off severe period like cramps for years (usually before my period) they have eased but now I’m getting them after orgasm every time which of course is affecting my relationship now!
What can I do?!?! Hellpppppp

Hi Anonymous6695 – I don’t think this is enough information to say whether you have vaginismus on its own. Is sex itself difficult or exceedingly painful for you? Do you feel like you or your partner are “hitting a wall” when insertion is attempted? There are a lot of signs of vaginismus and I recommend you read more here or on some of the other pages of the Maze website to see whether you recognize any symptoms that resonate:
