How long to use Lidocaine topical gel?

Hi petlovergirl – I saw your other post about being menopausal but just wanted to jump over here as well! I’ve used lidocaine two ways – by applying it directly to the vaginal opening and by mixing it in with the lube I used to dilate with. Although like the doctors said in your thread, it sounds like your vagina needs to get used to stretching again since the pain occurs when a larger object is inserted.
