    Hi ladies. I was talking to a former patient who asked me to post this anonymous question. She can have pain-free and enjoyable sex. However, after she has an orgasm, she tends to be very sensitive and her muscles tense up. This makes it uncomfortable for her husband to continue thrusting and achieve his orgasm. For the treated patients (vets) reading this, have you ever experienced increased sensitivity after orgasm? Do you have any suggestions here on ways to decrease the sensitivity?
