Today was my procedure, and I was so anxiety ridden and sick to my stomach right before going in for the operation they had to sedate me. Dr. Pacik said i had the worst case of vaginismus Level 5. I woke up, with the BIG blue dilator inside me, and couldn’t feel a thing. I was so overly happy that I told everyone that I loved them, and couldn’t stop crying and smiling. The rest of the 2 hours of dilating were a piece of cake, weird to get used to, but definitely easy!! Now i’m lying in bed resting with the purple dilator in place comfortably. And this is just after I went pee, and had to reinsert it all by myself, my self esteem along with my confidence has definitely risen!
