I have secondary vagnismus. I used to have great sex with my husband until I went through menopause. Now it is so painful I can't bare it. My husband is a very needy man and told me recently that he had thought about just leaving because he is so frustrated. I have began dilating and have done okay with it until I got to the larger ones. I am currently using a 4.6 size and I can get it about halfway in. I wanted to join this group bc it's very difficult not having anyone to talk to about this.
