Hi I am 27 and have vaginismus I found out I had it after numerous failed smear tests. My GP got me on dilator therapy a few years ago, but I really struggle with the motivation to dilate consistently. Please share any tips to get me back in to routine. I have a non existent sex drive since recent too which doesn’t help.
