Intake Specialist

Maze Health is looking for an Intake Specialist to join an energetic, warm, fun team dedicated to patient care. Our administrative staff are just as integral to our success as our practitioners. Ideal candidate for the position is an individual with exceptional customer service and patient care skills, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, interested in a long-term position. Responsibilities:

• Providing patients with a warm and friendly customer service experience
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling new and existing patients for appointments
• Completing new patient registrations and data entry
• Discussing insurance benefits, authorization requirements and payment responsibilities
• Answering email and telephone inquiries in a timely manner
• Returning patient voicemail messages

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and phone skills
• Be able to work from home in a quiet, dedicated space
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Be punctual, dependable, and reliable
• Be able to efficiently multitask
• Medical administrative knowledge or background a plus

Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant

A dynamic NP or PA is needed for a large private, upscale urology practice specializing in male sexual dysfunction and male infertility. The practice specializes in a multi-disciplinary approach to treating men. As part of the team, the candidate will perform physical exams and procedures, develop treatment plans, provide patient education, and research the literature for the latest evidence-based techniques.

Candidate must be willing to work a minimum of two days a week including one evening and must be available to commute to both our Manhattan and Purchase offices. (Our Manhattan office is two blocks from Grand Central Terminal.)
