    Just curious… anyone who has had the treatment surgery, what was out of pocket cost?

    Hi Kimin! Welcome to the Forum and thank you for your post. I do not know the exact cost of the Botox treatment program at Maze. I do know, however, that with the new DSM-V name for vaginismus, several of the insurance companies are offering very good coverage. I wanted to share a thread addressing the insurance coverage (see below). I hope this helps. Sending you support today.

    Hello Kimin40,

    I just wanted to back up what Heather wrote. We have people come to MAZE from all over the country, and many insurances do cover the cost, or part of the cost of the Botox treatment. Please call us at 914-328-3700, and we would be happy talk more about the procedure, and cost.
